Case Study

Challenge

Zurich hired our team to design a self-service application for pension and fund management. Prior to our involvement, the process was slow and manual for users to view their fund breakdown and update important details. Our design aimed to greatly improve the overall User Experience for customers and pension brokers alike.

A major part of this project involved our UX and Service Design team spending significant time in Dubai getting to know and understand the target demographics.
